Martas Hotel Allegra Berlin

The room was smaller than expected and lacked in-room tea/coffee making facilities, which would have made it more comfortable. I found the check-in process inconvenient since it was located across the street.

The breakfast was great, the hotel is in the central.

I was thrilled with the cleanliness throughout my stay! The spacious room had such a fresh feel, and the well-maintained bathrooms were a joy to use. Plus, the hotel provided an excellent breakfast selection, setting the tone for energetic days exploring the area.

It's very centrally located, the food is very good, has internet connection in all rooms (although not very speedy), and very reasonable price for its location.

Value for money: we got a good (summer) deal and based on the traveller's comments we knew what we were up to (functional room with extremely small bathroom). For a first short visit to Berlin, especially in summer, location is really really excellent. Berlin is so big, I didn't know in which area I should book a hotel, bus I was very pleased with my choice. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel nor did we have a lot of contact with the reception (which is in a hotel across the street). Check-in and check-out took 2 minutes. Room was clean enough, backside location of room was quiet. Handy nightshop 2 steps away.

Con's: it was thirty degrees in Berlin, room was really hot; one bedside lamp dit not work; remote control tv didn't work properly.

The room we booked was brand-new and neat with old furniture from 80-th years.

it was a bit bleak not having a reception area. ther was no bar or communal area to meet fellow travellers my room 484 was tiny and a weord shape. the bed in my room was not comfortable to sit on for watching tv and a bit small for sleeping

The subway and many restaurants nearby. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the amenities provided. The pillows were quite flat, and the lack of a fridge was disappointing. A solid choice for exploring Berlin.

Pet friendly hotel within walking distance to many city attractions including the Reichstag building and Brandenburg gate. Ample secure underground parking was available (for an extra fee). Close to the river and many nice riverside restaurants are within 100 metres of the hotel.

Expensive breakfast option.
